People of Chennai can finally step into a world of feel-good experience at the exclusive ‘By Hand From The Heart’ Pop-up which is the 30th edition of a collective in-person makers market along with interesting food workshops.
All set to open its doors on 25th September, the new pop-up will be the grand culmination of many brands that promote conscious clothing, handcrafted jewelry, stationery collections, tableware designs, organic food, beautiful home decor, and much more at one single destination.
It will be a huge display of 31 homegrown brands and artisanal stories from cities like Indore, Thane, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Auroville, and Chennai.

Brands that are going to be a part of the Makers market community are Completely Jarred (Chennai), Zishta (Chennai & Bangalore), Oh Scrap (Chennai), Murtle (Hyderabad), Scentfolio (Mumbai), Studio VAM (Indore), Yellow Tent (Chennai), AMAR KOSA (Bangalore), Flames Of The Forest (Bangalore), Hydes Studio (Chennai), Umang (Chennai), Hashtag Azhagi (Bangalore), 1231 Studio (Hyderabad), The Jewellery Project (Bangalore), La Creations (Mumbai), Azhagi (Chennai) and even more!
Apart from that, the pop-up also offers three workshops based on traditional food cultures and natural food consumption that will enrich your food palette. The three food workshops will be held by Chef Vijhay Ganesh of Maiyam Past Food and coffee brew crafter, Viggnesh of Davrah.
The First Workshop: ‘Food Grammar’
Based on sourcing, cooking, and consumption of indigenous ingredients from the Dravidian region. A dedicated session for 1 hour, Vijhay Ganesh looks into Heirloom ingredients, traditional healers, and food anthropologists to help create delicious and compelling menus.

The Second Workshop: ‘Food Sense’
Again by Chef Vijhay Ganesh, dedicated to helping develop the skills necessary to pick ingredients that really satiate the ‘connoisseurs palette’.
